Arts Program Coordinator

The Arts program coordinator is responsible for overseeing the SNL arts component and its contractors. SNL’s comprehensive violence reduction strategy and community engagement mission is made possible in part by the artists and educators participating in the intensive instruction and cultural exchange at each program site. The SNL Art Program component will focus on arts curriculum that illustrates and embraces the historical and cultural connections between African/African-American and Latin American/Latino/Chicano(a) people while engaging community members across the family life cycle (infants to elders). 

 

Cluster Coordinator

The Cluster Coordinator works independently and collaboratively with GRYD/SNL staff,  program partners (LAPD, Recreation and Parks, GRYD Prevention and Intervention agencies), and seasonal program staff to oversee all aspects of SNL program service delivery at two (2) identified sites. Specifically, the Cluster Coordinator is responsible for implementation of programming, management of site coordination team, implementation of an outreach plan and program calendar, while overseeing administrative tasks (i.e. timesheets, fiscal oversight, nightly reports, data collection, etc).  The Cluster Coordinator will work collaboratively with diverse populations and manage complex situations effectively. 

 

Fiscal Coordinator

The Fiscal Coordinator works directly with GRYD program staff and GRYD Foundation to manage and oversee the fiscal component during the SNL program.  The Fiscal Coordinator maintains, oversees, and organizes the fiscal/budgetary operations by reviewing program budgets and site-specific budgets, and monitoring program spending and documentation. The Fiscal Coordinator will work independently, communicate well, and be extremely organized.

 

Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator maintains office services by organizing office operations, logistics and procedures; preparing and monitoring office inquiries; managing filing systems; coordinating program supplies, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Office Coordinator will work independently, communicate well, and be extremely organized. The Office Coordinator also assists in the supervision and scheduling of seasonal office staff including Regional Assistants.   

 

Regional Assistants

The Regional Assistant (RA) works closely with SNL/GRYD staff on program coordination, development, and implementation in an assigned region that includes between 4-8 SNL sites.  The RA will provide hands-on support at assigned SNL sites as needed, as well as assist with administrative tasks within the office. RA’s will have opportunities to develop their leadership skills, assist sites with program development, and improve administrative capabilities.
